Delphine welcomes you around her inventive and fresh cuisine.



Every evening from Monday to Thursday , she concocts meals made from local products, the catch of the day and the market.

Organic fruits and vegetables from the garden complement his recipes.

You will eat healthy and tasty, following his inspiration of the day around unique menus each time different.

A moment of sharing around the table d'hôtes where you can meet the other guests of the Castelo Vendom.

The aperitifs precede the dinners around the famous Brazilian caipirinha composed of unprocessed sugar which gives a caramel color to the lime-cachaça mixture. It is offered to you every evening with your dinner accompanied by a few small appetizers including the famous pao de queijo freshly made at Castelo Vendom by Maria.

Dinner served around 8 p.m. consists of a main course and a dessert. Still water is offered to you.
